BeeHUT Farms
Initially, BeeHUT Farms was established by Mr. Mainpal Singh Phogat on 1st November 1999. MR. Phogat started the beekeeping with 27 bee boxes. He produced about 20 quintals of honey from 27 bee boxes.
With time Mr. Phogat increased the bee boxes from 27 to 1000 by doing scientific beekeeping with 500 quintals of honey production per year. Mr. Phogat was selected as a Bee Breeder by Haryana Agro Industries and Corporation. He also got the third prize of the Bee Breeder award in Honey production in Haryana state. He was invited many times to the All India Radio Station at Rohtak for a short radio talk on Beekeeping.
Mr. Phogat involved his son Mr. Vinay Phogat after completing his B.Tech degree. After joining this business, Mr. Vinay increased the number of bee boxes and set up a honey processing plant in his village, He worked hard to serve the people with the best quality of honey. He benefited the health of the people by delivering pure and natural raw honey to them with his own brand Bee Hut.
Mr. Vinay Phogat got Shahad Ratan Award at the third Agri Leadership summit and got a Prize of 1 Lakh Rupees by the Honorable Chief Minister of Haryana, Mr. Manhoar Lal Khattar. Mr. Vinay got 1st prize in the State of Haryana. Nowadays Mr. Vinay has 1250 Bee boxes and 550 quintals of honey production. He is producing 14 types of honey by migrating his Beehives to other states.
Mr. Vinay Phogat was selected as a representative in the state-level Farmer producer organization from district Jhajjar. He is the Managing Director in district level FPO Bee Hut Producer Company Limited.
Mr. Vinay Phogat was many times awarded on the occasion of independence day and Republic day. BeeHUT Farms participates in national level, state level, and district level exhibitions and agribusiness expos.
